I'm not sure of the venue, but the occasion is my Gran & Grandfather's Silver wedding anniversary. They were married in 1930, so the photo must be 1955. My Gran & Grandfather were Elizabeth (Bette or Bessie) and Joe Higgins. They lived at 171 Main St, Cambuslang throughout the 1930's,40's & 50's. A lot of the family & friends all lived in Cambuslang too.

This a picture of West Coats School kids aged around 7 years old. My father was born 1932 & the pic was taken in 1939.
My father, Jim Higgins is on the far left in the middle row. I know also that the boy who is 3rd from the left in the back row is Bill Mack.
